Here is Scarlett's first Asian inspired bias applique design! This 42" square wallhanging has 3 sizes of interlaced cranes on a background that gives the impression of an island surrounded by water. The instructions explain how to make your own 1/4" fusible bias tape, how to prepress the tape into the shape of the cranes and gives detailed instructions on how to do the edge of the water to create the island.
