Written by Scarlett Rose, this is her second Celtic applique book. It has new full size patterns and many quilt designs, along with suggestions on how to use patterns from Scarlett's first book and designs made by others in combination with these Celtic baskets to create unique and beautiful quilts. Instructions for hand applique are included. This 8 1/2" by 11" book has 159 pages.
