Voila Viola

This original quilt was created so that 12 very different friendship blocks could be used in the same quilt. All the blocks were made of the Album pattern, but color placement affected the way they looked when finished. By placing the blocks around the star center, this design solved the problem of getting them to work together. Now the blocks are a part of the whole quilt and look wonderful! Use this pattern for your next friendship block exchange or create your own version. The finished quilt measures 60" square.
