The wallhanging on the right measures 24" wide by 48" long. The wallhanging on the left measures 24" wide by 40 1/2" long. A combination of applique and pieced elements, these designs also include possible embellishments for added detail.

These two quilts won First Place in the series category at the National Quilt Association 1990 quilt show held in Knoxville, Tennessee, a Second Place at the Kentucky Fall Festival of Quilts 1991 in Louisville, Kentucky and were shown at the ENCORE! Another Blue Ribbon Quilt Fest, held at the LaConner Quilt & Textile Museum in LaConner, Washington on September 2008.
