Supply list for Amanda's Celtic Circles - 68" (173cm) quilt:

For the 10 1/2” (27cm) unfinished blocks: 8 assorted dark prints - 1/2 yd (46cm) each
For inset patches: 6 assorted light prints - 1/2 yd (46cm) each
For bias strips: 1 1/2 yds contrast fabric
For first border: 3/4 yd. Of dark print
For second border: 1 yard of dark print
Bias bars for sewn bias, or 1/4” fusible tape maker or 3/8” fusible tape maker, with 5mm fusible web for fusible bias.
Please follow the directions in each package to make bias, if you haven’t made bias before.
5 yds (4.6m) fabric for backing
Make the binding from scraps left over from the above yardage, your choice.

Here's the EQ quilt layout Scarlett did for Amanda's Celtic Circles pattern. Amanda made her bias the lightest color and did all of it out of the same fabric. That gives it more of a stained glass look, Scarlett thinks. That's an option to try, to use more than one fabric or different prints in the same color for the bias tape.

Here's an EQ7 layout for Amanda's Celtic Circles, done with creams, browns and light blue. As another option, a 1" finished border was added between the first and second border, adding 1/2 yd to the supply list.

For a more dramatic coloration, blues/teals were used for the four patch blocks and a dark blue for the bias.
